Demonstration website. Summit Home Lending is a fictional company used to demonstrate AI-powered speed-to-lead calling by CallVIVI. It is not a licensed lender and does not offer loans.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and your answers about loan goals, home price range, credit range, and timeline. We never ask for your Social Security number on this site.

How we use it

To call you back, usually within a minute, with an AI voice assistant ("Jordan") to confirm your details.
To text or email you about your request, such as an appointment confirmation or reminder.
To book a call with a loan specialist if you ask for one.

Calls and texts

By submitting the form, you agree to receive calls and texts about your request at the number you provide, including calls made using an AI assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this demo (for example, our calling, scheduling, and CRM tools), and only to respond to your request.

Credit

Requesting a quote does not involve a credit check and won't affect your credit score.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information or stop contacting you at any time by emailing mikedowdy@callvivi.com.
